An ultra-cheesy comfort food win that’s rich, creamy, and straight-up addictive!
½ lb elbow macaroni (or shell pasta)
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp flour
1½ cups milk or half-and-half
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt, black pepper & paprika to taste
Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. This is your carb-loaded base and mac & cheese must-have.
In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook shrimp with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and juicy. This is your seafood flavor booster and creamy dish upgrade.
In the same pan, melt remaining butter, whisk in flour and cook 1 min. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Stir in all cheeses until smooth and melty. You've got that cheese pull power and comfort food glory.
Add pasta and shrimp into the cheesy sauce, toss well to coat everything evenly. This becomes a sauce-loaded dream bite and one-skillet comfort hero.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve fresh and creamy—perfect for a lazy dinner win or meal prep magic.
