* **4 oz Goat Cheese (Chevre)**, crumbled

1. **Reduce:** In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and thyme leaves. Simmer over medium-low heat for **3-4 minutes** until slightly thickened.

## 3. Assembly
1. **Stack:** On a baking sheet, layer the parsnips and apples, alternating them for structural stability (e.g., parsnip, apple, parsnip, apple).
2. **Heat:** Place the stacks in a **350°F (175°C)** oven for **5 minutes** to warm through.
3. **Top:** Remove from the oven and top each stack with a generous amount of crumbled goat cheese.
