This breakfast plate is straight-up morning goals. You’ve got creamy avocado sprinkled with black pepper and fresh cilantro, juicy mixed berries, a shrimp-egg scramble (fancy but easy!), and a slice of toast with glossy fruit jam. It’s vibrant, protein-packed, and delicious enough to make you feel like you’re on vacation before 9 AM. 


📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

For the shrimp egg scramble:

2 eggs

6–8 small shrimp, peeled

1 tsp butter or olive oil

Salt & pepper

Optional: pinch of garlic powder

For the fruit & toast:

1 slice of toast (any bread you love)

1 tbsp strawberry or berry jam

1/4 cup strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 grapefruit or orange slices (optional but gorgeous!)

For the avocado:

1/2 avocado, sliced

Salt & pepper

Fresh cilantro


🔥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Make the shrimp scramble:

Heat butter in a skillet, add shrimp, cook until pink.

Whisk eggs with salt & pepper, pour over shrimp, and scramble lightly until fluffy.

Prep the toast:

Toast your bread and spread with your favorite berry jam.

Assemble fruit:

Slice strawberries and arrange with blueberries and citrus for that gorgeous color pop.

Prep the avocado:

Slice avocado, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.

Build the plate:

Fit everything beautifully on a large plate and enjoy your power-packed breakfast!
