2 eggs
6–8 small shrimp, peeled
1 tsp butter or olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: pinch of garlic powder
For the fruit & toast:
1 slice of toast (any bread you love)
1 tbsp strawberry or berry jam
1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 grapefruit or orange slices (optional but gorgeous!)
For the avocado:
1/2 avocado, sliced
