For the shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
For the veggies:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Finishing touches:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedge (optional but 🔥)

Cook the veggies:
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add zucchini + peppers.
Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until tender with slight char.
Remove from pan.
Cook the shrimp:
In the same skillet, add butter + olive oil.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
Sear 1–2 minutes per side until pink and golden.
Combine everything:
Toss veggies back into the skillet.
Stir to coat everything in that garlic butter goodness.
Serve:
