This bowl is giving MAJOR comfort-food energy — crispy golden fries, juicy chicken smothered in a shiny honey-herb glaze, and fresh tomato + lettuce slices to balance everything out. 📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

For the honey-herb glazed chicken:

3 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

Honey-Herb Glaze:

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh chopped)

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

For the fries:

3–4 potatoes, cut into thick fries

1–2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper

Optional: sprinkle of parsley for garnish

Side veggies:

Sliced tomatoes

Crisp lettuce


🔥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Cook the chicken:

Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Sear in a skillet 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Make the glaze:

In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, butter, parsley, and chili flakes.

Pour over the cooked chicken and let it simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.

Bake the fries:

Toss fries in oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.

Air fryer option: 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes.

Assemble the bowl:

Layer the crispy fries, add the honey-herb chicken on top, and garnish with parsley.

Add sliced tomatoes and lettuce on the side for freshness.
