📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
For the beef skewers:
1 lb beef (sirloin or chuck), cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper
Wooden skewers
For the fries:
3 potatoes, cut into fries
1–2 tbsp oil
Salt, pepper
Optional: paprika or garlic powder
For the salad:
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Pinch of salt + lemon juice
🔥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Prep the beef:
Toss beef cubes with oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper.
Thread onto skewers and let marinate 20 minutes.
Cook the fries:
Toss raw fries with oil, salt & pepper.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes OR air fry 15–18 minutes until crispy.
Grill the beef:
Cook skewers on a grill pan or skillet 3–4 minutes per side until browned and juicy.
Make the salad:
Mix lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice for brightness.
Assemble the plate:
Add fries, beef skewers, and fresh salad to your plate — enjoy hot and crispy!
