For the Plate
1 steak (sirloin, flank, or any lean cut), sliced
1 tsp olive oil or butter
3–4 boiled eggs, peeled
1 avocado, halved and sliced
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, sliced or chopped
1 lime, halved
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Fresh Juice
2 cups watermelon chunks
½ cup cold water
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

Cook the Steak
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked to your preferred doneness.
Slice into strips.
Prepare the Eggs
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool under cold water, peel, and set aside.
Prep the Veggies
Slice avocado, chop lettuce, and slice tomatoes.
Make the Juice
Blend watermelon with water (and lemon juice if desired).
Serve chilled with or without ice.
