1 salmon fillet (about 5–6 oz)
1½ cups baby carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the Carrots: Boil or steam baby carrots until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Drain well.
SautΓ© the Carrots: Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pan-sautΓ© over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until lightly caramelized.
Cook the Salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pan-sear in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
