These no-fuss nachos are the ultimate weeknight dinner: fast, fun, and piled high with juicy shrimp, seasoned beef, and gooey melted cheese. Throw everything on a tray, bake for a few minutes, and watch them vanish!
π ingredients:
• 1 bag tortilla chips
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 small onion, diced (optional but delicious)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• Optional add-ins: black beans, corn, jalapeΓ±os, olives
Toppings (your choice):
• Sour cream
• Salsa or pico
• Guacamole
• Green onions
• Cilantro
• Hot sauce

cook the beef
Heat a skillet with oil. Add ground beef and half the taco seasoning. Cook until browned and crumbly. Remove and set aside.
cook those shrimp
In the same pan, melt butter. Add shrimp and remaining seasoning. Cook 2–3 minutes until pink and juicy. Remove from heat.
build the nachos
Spread tortilla chips on a lined baking sheet.
Scatter the cooked beef and shrimp all over the chips.
Add onions, beans, corn, or any extras you like.
Top with cheddar + mozzarella so the whole tray is covered in cheesy goodness.
bake
Pop into a 400°F (200°C) oven for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
serve & load ’em up
Finish with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, jalapeΓ±os, green onions—whatever makes you happy! Serve immediately.
