This colorful, veggie-loaded plate is a garden-fresh feast! Tender herb-seasoned chicken breasts are smothered in a light savory gravy, nestled beside sautรฉed carrots with onions, steamed broccoli, and creamy green mashed potatoes (think spinach or kale-infused for that earthy kick). It's hearty, healthy, and super satisfying.
