• 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped small)
• 1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup pecans, toasted & chopped
• 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
• Optional: 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar or feta
creamy dressing:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• Salt & pepper, to taste

make the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
build the salad
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, diced apples, cranberries, pecans, pomegranate arils, and red onion.
toss it together
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix until everything is evenly coated.
chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors mingle and the broccoli softens slightly.
serve
