📋 ingredients (serves 4, ~53g protein per serving):
• 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken (or 90% lean beef)
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth if preferred)
• 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Optional toppings: turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, peppers, onions, jalapeños
