𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
For the Roasted Chicken
1 large chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt & black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Honey-Garlic Baby Carrots
2 cups baby carrots
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper
Chopped parsley
For the Green Beans
2 cups fresh green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper
Optional: squeeze of lemon
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Roast the Chicken:
Mix olive oil, butter, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Coat chicken generously and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes, until golden and juicy. Let rest.
Glaze the Baby Carrots:
Boil carrots for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
In a pan, melt butter, add honey and garlic.
Toss in carrots and cook 3–4 minutes until glossy. Season and add parsley.
Sauté the Green Beans:
Sauté green beans with olive oil and garlic for 5–7 minutes until slightly charred but crisp. Season to taste.
Assemble the Plate:
Add roasted chicken, glazed carrots, and sautéed green beans. Serve with a lemon wedge for brightness!
