Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened.
Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce in a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
