Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti – Creamy, Cozy & Crowd-Pleasing!


 Ingredients

• 12 oz spaghetti

• 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)

• 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• ¼ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

• 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta

• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• Salt & pepper to taste

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil.

In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage (or ricotta) cheese until smooth.

In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, then spread the cheese mixture over it. Add remaining spaghetti, then top with the meat sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving — pure comfort in every bite!
