Herb-Crusted Pork Chop Supreme

Description:

This Herb-Crusted Pork Chop Supreme is a savory and aromatic dish made with a crispy herb coating and tender, juicy meat. It's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend meal with family. The combination of rosemary, thyme, and garlic creates a gourmet flavor while remaining simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 egg

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

In another bowl, beat the egg.

Dip each pork chop in the egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer seared chops to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Great with mashed potatoes or green beans.
