Chicken and Broccoli Recipe



Ingredients:

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs

- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Instructions:

1. *Prepare the chicken*: Cut into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. *Cook the chicken*: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan.

3. *Cook the broccoli*: In the same pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender.

4. *Combine and season*: Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together.

5. *Serve*: Enjoy your delicious chicken and broccoli dish!

Tips:

- You can serve this dish with steamed rice or noodles.

- Adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.
