Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados (diced)
½ small red onion (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: a pinch of chili flakes
Instructions:
In a large bowl, gently mash half the avocado to make it creamy.
Add the diced avocado pieces, sliced eggs, and red onion.
Drizzle with lemon or lime juice to prevent browning.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro or parsley on top.
Season with salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes.
Gently toss everything together to combine.
