INGREDIENTS 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 1/4 cups chicken broth 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed 1 10-ounce can enchilada sauce 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chilies 1/2 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced 1 Roma tomato, diced INSTRUCTIONS Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. Stir in chicken broth, quinoa, enchilada sauce, green chiles, corn, black beans, cilantro, cumin and chili powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Indulge in these over-the-top pink milkshakes packed with creamy strawberry flavor, whimsical toppings, and vibrant colors—a fun treat for any celebration!

Ingredients

For the Milkshake:

2 cups of strawberry ice cream

1/2 cup of milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pink food coloring (optional)

For the Decorations and Toppings:

Whipped cream

Strawberry syrup

Pink sprinkles

Pink cotton candy

Pink and white marshmallows

Fresh strawberries, sliced

Pink candy (e.g., pink M&M's, pink gummy bears)

Instructions

1. Make the Milkshake:

Combine the strawberry ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and a few drops of pink food coloring (if using) in a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Decorate the Glasses:

Drizzle strawberry syrup inside the glasses and along the rims.

Roll the rims in pink sprinkles to coat them for a festive look.

3. Assemble the Milkshake:

Pour the blended milkshake mixture into the decorated glasses.

Top each milkshake with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

4. Add the Extreme Toppings:
