INGREDIENTS 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 1/4 cups chicken broth 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed 1 10-ounce can enchilada sauce 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chilies 1/2 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced 1 Roma tomato, diced INSTRUCTIONS Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. This is the famous pasta dish made by GiGi Hadid that went viral! I prepared it without the vodka and it is absolutely delicious! A quick meal that is sure to hit the spot! Ingredients  ▢1 lb penne pasta , or spaghetti noodles ▢½ cup olive oil ▢1 onion, cubed ▢3-4 garlic cloves, minced ▢½ cup tomato paste ▢1 cup heavy cream , or half and half ▢2 teaspoons crushed red pepper ▢½ cup pasta water ▢2 tablespoons butter ▢½ cup parmesan cheese ▢salt and pepper, to taste ▢basil , for garnish Instructions  Boil your pasta according to the package instructions. 6 medium beef blade steaks 8 oz fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 1 tbs fresh thyme, minced 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika 3/4 cup chicken stock 1/4 cup dry sherry 1/4 cup flour 4 tbs oil salt & pepper to taste 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 cup cream Heat a heavy skillet or saute pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbs of the oil. Add the mushrooms; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking until mushrooms begin to brown. Remove from pan and place in the slow cooker. This classic dessert is a rich and decadent dark chocolate pudding that's perfect for any occasion. You can dress it up or keep it simple! INGREDIENTS ½ cup (105g) sugar ¼ cup (35g) all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons cocoa powder pinch of salt 3 cups (710ml) whole milk 3 large egg yolks 4 tablespoons butter 6 ounces (170g) bittersweet chocolate; chopped (at least 60%) 2 teaspoons vanilla INSTRUCTIONS Whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt together in a medium saucepan. Whisk in milk and egg yolks until incorporated, making sure to scrape corners of saucepan. Place saucepan over medium heat and cook, whisking constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbling over the entire surface (about 7 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the butter and chopped chocolate until fully melted. Whisk in the vanilla. Pour into a bowl and press parchment paper or plastic wrap against the surface of the pudding to prevent a film from forming. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

INGREDIENTS 2 pounds (907g) ground beef 85% or leaner 1 large onion, diced 4-6 cloves garlic, minced 2½ tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon chipotle powder 1 (28oz) (793g) can crushed tomatoes 1 (14.5oz) (411g) can diced tomatoes 2 (15oz) (425g) cans chili beans in chili sauce 1 (15oz) (425g) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1½ cups beef broth 1½ teaspoons salt INSTRUCTIONS Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and chipotle powder. Chopped peanuts for garnish (optional) Instructions: Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of whipping cream until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, which should take about 4 minutes. Ingredients: 12 oz Steak ⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 2 cloves Garlic, minced 2 sprigs Rosemary, minced ⅔ cup Dark Brown Sugar ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper ⅓ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Instructions: Finely mince the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to prepare the marinade. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, and olive oil. My crockpot chicken tacos are so easy to make, you'll wonder why you haven't been making them all along! The chicken will cook in your slow cooker all day long, then just shred it into tender Mexican chicken you can serve up with taco shells and your favorite toppings. Ingredients 1 pound chicken breast I used boneless, skinless 1 tablespoon taco seasoning or more to taste 1 (16-oz) jar salsa use half of your jar for less saucy chicken; see notes for more info 1 (15-oz) can black beans rinsed and drained 1 cup frozen corn 1 onion coarsely chopped taco shells and any toppings you like Instructions Place all ingredients EXCEPT for the taco shells and toppings in a 5-6 quart crockpot. Stir, making sure there's some sauce underneath the chicken so it doesn't end up sticking to the bottom. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. Shred with a fork, then serve with taco shells and your favorite taco toppings.

This is the best Balsamic Chicken Marinade you’ll ever make! Flavorful with balsamic vinegar, garlic and Italian season, it's perfect for BBQs and healthy dinners! Ingredients ½ cup balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar optional to offset the acidity from the vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic minced (or more to taste) 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning salt + pepper to taste (I use 1 - 1.5 teaspoons of regular table salt) 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast Instructions Make marinade: Place all marinade ingredients in a measuring jug and whisk very well.
