INGREDIENTS
FRUIT:
2 cups (490g) pineapple chunks
2 cups (310g) grapes
2 cups (300g) quartered strawberries
2 cups (290g) blueberries
2 mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
DRESSING:
¼ cup (60ml) Fresh orange juice
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all fruit in a large bowl; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and vanilla. Pour over the fruit and lightly toss to combine.
