Ingredients
2 burger buns
2 beef patties
150g shredded mozzarella cheese
20 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: oregano, garlic powder
Instructions
Cook the patties
Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
Cook in a pan or grill until done to your liking.
Crisp pepperoni
Lightly pan-fry pepperoni for 1–2 minutes until edges curl (optional but recommended).
Toast buns
Butter buns and toast until golden.
Assemble burger (pizza style)
Bottom bun → marinara sauce
Beef patty
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni slices
Extra sauce drizzle
Top bun
Melt & finish
Optional: cover burger in pan for 1–2 minutes to melt cheese fully.
Serve
Slice and serve hot and gooey.
