4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
Salt and black pepper, to taste 
1 teaspoon paprika 
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
3 garlic cloves, minced 
1 cup heavy cream 
½ cup chicken broth 
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) 
½ cup fresh spinach (optional) 
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped 
Season the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. 
Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. 
Make the Sauce:
In the same pan, add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened. 

Finish Cooking:
Return chicken to the pan. Spoon sauce over chicken and simmer 10–12 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add spinach during last 2 minutes if using. 

Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot. 

Extra Flavor: Add a splash of white wine to the sauce. 
Make It Creamier: Add a bit more Parmesan or cream. 
Serving Ideas: Perfect with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
