2 tablespoons vegetable oil 🫒
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise 🥣
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce 🌶️
1 teaspoon sriracha or more to taste 🌶️
1 teaspoon honey 🍯
1 teaspoon lime juice 🍋
For the Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage 🥬
1 small carrot, julienned 🥕
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 🌿
1 tablespoon lime juice 🍋
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
For the Tacos:
8 small corn or flour tortillas 🌮
Optional toppings: sliced avocado 🥑, extra cilantro 🌿, lime wedges 🍋
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Prepare the Slaw:
In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss and set aside. 🥬🥕
Cook the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Dredge lightly in cornstarch. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. 🦐🔥
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. 🥣🌶️
Assemble the Tacos:
