For the Shrimp:
1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
Salt and black pepper, to taste 
½ cup cornstarch 
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce 
1 teaspoon sriracha or more to taste 
1 teaspoon honey 
1 teaspoon lime juice 
For the Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage 
1 small carrot, julienned 
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 
1 tablespoon lime juice 
Salt and pepper, to taste 
For the Tacos:
8 small corn or flour tortillas 
Optional toppings: sliced avocado
, extra cilantro
, lime wedges 
Prepare the Slaw:
In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss and set aside. 

Cook the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Dredge lightly in cornstarch. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. 

Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. 

Assemble the Tacos:
Warm tortillas. Layer slaw, cooked shrimp, and drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Add avocado or extra cilantro if desired. 

Serve:
Serve immediately with lime wedges for extra zing. 
Adjust Heat: Add more sriracha for spicier shrimp. 
Extra Crunch: Lightly toast tortillas or add crushed tortilla chips. 
Make Ahead: Slaw can be prepared 1–2 hours ahead and stored in fridge.
