1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
¾ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Burger buns & toppings of choice
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Cook burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Toast buns if desired.
