For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: brown gravy, for topping
For the Veggies:
1 can or 1 cup fresh corn, heated with butter
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Season steak with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Sear in hot olive oil and butter until your perfect juicy steak dinner is cooked to your liking—golden crust, tender inside!
Boil potato chunks in salted water until fork-tender. Mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy—best comfort food vibes incoming.
