​Warm Water: About 1 cup (add gradually until the dough forms).

​2. The Coating

​Ground Cinnamon: 2 tbsp.

​Granulated Sugar: ½ cup.

​Melted Butter: ½ cup (for dipping).

​3. The White Glaze (Topping)

​Cream Cheese: 4 oz (room temperature).

​Condensed Milk: ½ cup (or mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 tbsp milk and a splash of vanilla).

​Step 1: Make the Dough

​In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.

​Add the oil, yogurt, and powdered milk. Stir well.

​Gradually add the flour and knead until you have a smooth, soft dough.

​Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

​Step 2: Shape and Coat

​Punch the dough down and divide it into small, bite-sized balls (about the size of a walnut).

​For the Oven (Best Texture): Dip each ball into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mix.

​Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

​Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

​Step 3: Glaze

​Whisk the cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.

​Drizzle the glaze generously over the warm bites immediately after they come out of the oven.
