2 large eggs
½ cup asparagus, trimmed and chopped
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
3 fresh strawberries, sliced

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
Add garlic (if using), then toss in asparagus and mushrooms. SautΓ© for 4–5 minutes until tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate nonstick pan, cook the eggs to your liking (sunny-side up recommended for this dish).
