Start your day right with this light, protein-packed breakfast! It’s a clean combo of sunny-side eggs, garlicky sautรฉed asparagus & mushrooms, and a fresh burst of strawberry sweetness. Quick to whip up and full of feel-good fuel!

2 large eggs

½ cup asparagus, trimmed and chopped

½ cup sliced mushrooms

1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)

1 tsp olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

3 fresh strawberries, sliced

๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.

Add garlic (if using), then toss in asparagus and mushrooms. Sautรฉ for 4–5 minutes until tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper.

In a separate nonstick pan, cook the eggs to your liking (sunny-side up recommended for this dish).

Plate everything: sautรฉed veggies on the side, eggs on top, and sliced strawberries for a refreshing finish.
