 Ingredients :

6 oz sirloin steak, cut into cubes

8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 1/2 cups fried rice (with scrambled egg, onions, green onion)

1/2 cup zucchini, chopped

1/2 cup onion, sliced

1/4 cup carrots, julienned

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Yum yum sauce or spicy mayo, for dipping

 How to Make It :
