📋 ingredients:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
• 1 tsp ranch seasoning
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 12 wonton wrappers or small puff pastry squares
• Oil for frying
• Optional: parsley for garnish

make the filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, diced pickles, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
assemble the bombs
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold and seal edges tightly using a little water.
fry until golden
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry cheese bombs 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
serve
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
