A wholesome, vibrant, and balanced meal! Tender honey-garlic chicken breast, fluffy vegetable rice, and a medley of steamed carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans. Perfect for a clean, nourishing lunch or weekly meal prep.

๐Ÿ— Honey-Garlic Chicken

1 chicken breast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper

1 tsp honey

1 tsp soy sauce (optional for depth)

๐Ÿš Veggie Rice

1 cup cooked white rice

¼ cup diced carrots

¼ cup sweet corn

¼ cup green beans, chopped

1 tsp butter

Salt & pepper

Optional: parsley

๐Ÿฅ• Steamed Veggies

1 cup carrots

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

½ cup green beans

Salt & pepper

1. Cook the Chicken

Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Add honey (and soy sauce if using) to the pan and let it bubble into a glaze.

Baste chicken until glossy and coated.

2. Make the Veggie Rice

Melt butter in a pan.

Add carrots, corn & green beans; sautรฉ 2–3 minutes.

Add cooked rice and season with salt & pepper.

Stir until warmed through.

Add parsley if desired.

3. Steam the Vegetables

Steam carrots, broccoli, cauliflower & green beans for 5–7 minutes until tender.

Season lightly with salt & pepper.

4. Assemble the Plate

Scoop veggie rice onto the plate, place the glazed chicken breast beside it, and finish with the steamed vegetables.
