π Chicken Strips
1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
π₯ Boiled Potatoes
3–4 baby potatoes or 2 medium potatoes
Salt
π₯ Carrots
1 large carrot, sliced
Pinch of salt
π Beets
1 small beet, peeled & cubed
Pinch of salt
π³ Boiled Eggs
1–2 eggs

1. Cook the Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water for 12–15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and set aside.
2. Boil the Carrots & Beets
Carrots: boil 6–8 minutes until soft.
Beets: boil 20–25 minutes until tender (or use pre-cooked beets to save time).
3. Cook the Eggs
Add eggs to boiling water and cook 9–10 minutes for fully set yolks.
Place in cold water, peel, and slice.
4. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season chicken strips with garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and done.
5. Assemble the Plate
Arrange chicken, potatoes, carrots, beets, and sliced eggs neatly around the plate.
