This dessert mash-up combines three irresistible favorites—gooey cinnamon rolls, sticky honeybuns, and rich creamy cheesecake. Each bite delivers a dreamy mix of buttery cinnamon sugar, silky cheesecake filling, and golden baked goodness. It’s pure indulgence made easy!
ingredients:
• 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
• 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup honey
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp melted butter
directions:
prep the crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Press one can of cinnamon rolls into the bottom to form a crust, slightly overlapping and pressing the seams together.
make the cheesecake layer
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll crust.
add the honeybun swirl
In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter. Drizzle this over the cheesecake filling, then gently swirl with a knife or skewer to create a marbled pattern.
top & bake
Cut the remaining cinnamon rolls into quarters and scatter them on top of the cheesecake. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the rolls are golden.
cool & glaze
Let cool completely, then drizzle with the included cinnamon roll icing (warm slightly for easy pouring). Chill at least 2 hours before slicing for clean layers.
