Pecan Pie Balls (No-Bake)


Ingredients:

- 2 cups pecans, toasted and finely chopped

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1/4 cup bourbon or apple juice

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for dipping)

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.

2. Stir in the maple syrup, bourbon or apple juice, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.

3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.

4. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

5. After chilling, dip each ball into the melted chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly coated.

6. Place the chocolate-coated balls on parchment paper and allow them to set until the chocolate hardens.
