𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

4 eggs

2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

4 beef patties or seasoned ground beef portions

1 avocado, sliced

2 cups cauliflower florets

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, black pepper & smoked paprika to taste

Roast the Veggies: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cook the Beef: Form beef into patties and season with salt and pepper. Pan-sear or grill for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

Fry the Eggs: In a skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the Avocado: Right before serving, slice the avocado to keep it fresh and green.

Assemble the Tray: Line up each item in sections for a bold, balanced layout—eggs, roasted Brussels, beef patties, sliced avocado, and cauliflower. Serve hot!
