Honey-Soy Chicken Drumstick
1–2 chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Sesame seeds for topping
Pinch of pepper
Roasted Veggies
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: Italian seasoning or garlic powder
Brown Rice
½ cup brown rice
1 cup water or broth
Pinch of salt

1. Honey-Soy Chicken Drumstick
Mix soy sauce, honey, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Coat chicken generously and marinate 30 minutes (or skip if rushed).
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 35–40 minutes, brushing with extra marinade halfway.
Broil 2 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
2. Roasted Veggies
Toss broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 18–22 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Brown Rice
Rinse rice, add to a pot with water and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 30–35 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
4. Plate
Add rice, roasted veggies, and your sticky glazed chicken drumstick. Enjoy warm!
