Cranberry Orange Shortbread Cookies


Ingredients

230 g butter, softened

100 g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

280 g all-purpose flour

60 g dried cranberries, chopped

Zest of 1 orange

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.

Add vanilla and mix.

Stir in flour, salt, cranberries, and orange zest.

Shape dough into a log; chill 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Slice dough into cookies.

Bake 12–15 minutes.

Cool completely before serving.
