Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter (softened)
¾ cup warm milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella + cheddar mix
1 tsp dried herbs (oregano or basil)
Instructions:
Make the Dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add butter and warm milk gradually to form a soft dough. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Let Rise: Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
Shape: Divide dough, form rings (like donuts), and place on a baking tray.
Top: Brush with a little milk or butter, sprinkle shredded cheese and herbs.
Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve Warm — cheesy, soft, and irresistible!
