Ingredients
Unsalted butter melted 1 cup
Fresh garlic minced 4 cloves
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
Fresh parsley finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Fresh chives finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Thyme leaves 1 teaspoon
Honey 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Directions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat
Add garlic and cook gently until fragrant but not browned
Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne, and red pepper flakes
Whisk until smooth and emulsified
Add parsley, chives, thyme, honey, salt, and pepper
Simmer lightly for 1 minute then remove from heat
