Mango Strawberry Chia Smoothie – A Summer in Every Sip!


This vibrant smoothie bursts with tropical mango, sweet strawberries, and a boost of chia seeds for that perfect refreshing pick-me-up! 🍓🥭

Ingredients:

🥭 1 ripe mango (cubed)

🍓 1 cup strawberries

🥛 1 cup almond milk (or any milk)

🍯 1 tbsp honey (optional)

🌱 1 tbsp chia seeds

🧊 A handful of ice

Steps:

1. Add mango, strawberries, almond milk, and honey to a blender.

2. Toss in ice and blend until silky smooth.

3. Stir in chia seeds or pulse once if you prefer.

4. Pour into a glass and top with fresh fruit & mint.
