High protein smoothies for week



Monday:

1 green apple, 1 banana, handful of spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 tbsp of chia seeds.

Tuesday:

1 tbsp of oats, 2 dates, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1 banana or a similar amount of oats.

Wednesday:

1 cup strawberry, 1 cup strawberry, 200 ml almond milk, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 banana.

Thursday:

1 orange, 1 avocado, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp of honey, and carrots.

Friday:

1 beetroot, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 cup milk.

Saturday:

1 cup beetroot, 1 tablespoon chia seed, 2 cups almond milk, 2 cups almond milk (the ingredient is listed twice).
