Ingredients
1 pork chop (bone-in or boneless)
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 cup green beans, trimmed
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil + butter π«π§
Salt, pepper & rosemary
Method
Roast potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 mins.
Grill or pan-sear pork chop with butter until golden brown and cooked through.
Steam or sautΓ© green beans with a little garlic until tender-crisp.
Serve pork chop with potatoes and beans for a balanced, hearty plate.
