🥝🍓 Yogurt & Fruit Power Bowl with Peanut Butter


Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) 🥣

½ banana, sliced 🍌

3–4 fresh strawberries, sliced 🍓

½ cup blueberries 🫐

½ cup raspberries 🍇

½ orange segment, cut into chunks 🍊

½ green pear, sliced 🍐

1 tablespoon peanut butter 🥜

1 teaspoon shaved dark chocolate or cocoa nibs 🍫

Instructions

Prepare the base: Add Greek yogurt to a bowl and swirl in a little peanut butter for a marbled effect.

Arrange fruits: Place sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, orange chunks, and pear slices neatly around the bowl.

Add toppings: Add a spoonful of peanut butter on the side and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.

Serve & enjoy: Eat immediately as a refreshing breakfast, snack, or post-workout fuel.
