Chia Pudding Parfait Recipe


Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding Base:

3 tbsp chia seeds ๐ŸŒฑ

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice) ๐Ÿฅ›

1 tsp honey or maple syrup ๐Ÿฏ (optional)

½ tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŒผ

For the Layers & Toppings:

½ cup fresh raspberries ๐Ÿ“

½ cup blueberries ๐Ÿซ

½ cup blackberries ๐Ÿ–ค

1 kiwi, sliced ๐Ÿฅ

2 tbsp granola with nuts and seeds ๐Ÿฅœ

Fresh mint leaves ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding Base:

In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds with almond milk, honey, and vanilla.

Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until it thickens.

Layer the Parfait:

Place a spoonful of chia pudding at the bottom of your glass.

Add a layer of fresh raspberries (you can lightly mash them for a sauce effect).

Add more chia pudding on top.

Top It Off:

Decorate with sliced kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, and granola.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
