Ingredients:

🥔 Roasted sweet potatoes

🍅 Cherry tomatoes

🥑 Avocado (sliced)

🍳 Sunny-side up egg

🥬 Spinach / leafy greens

🧆 Crispy roasted chickpeas

🧂 Salt + 🧄 black pepper + 🌿 spices

Steps:

1️⃣ Roast sweet potatoes 🥔 & chickpeas 🧆 with olive oil 🫒 + spices 🌿.

2️⃣ Pan-fry an egg sunny-side up 🍳.

3️⃣ Arrange bowl: spinach 🥬, tomatoes 🍅, avocado 🥑, roasted veggies 🥔, and chickpeas 🧆.
