Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs, halved
1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed & drained
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cucumber, diced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh parsley, chopped
Paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange cucumber, chickpeas, avocado, tomatoes, and boiled eggs on a plate.
2. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
3. Serve fresh, optionally with olive oil or lemon dressing.
