Grill seasoned steak to medium-rare, slice.

Serve over rice with avocado slices, boiled egg, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, lemon wedge, and seaweed.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

2. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

Pan-sear chicken breast with teriyaki sauce, slice.

Serve over quinoa with corn, lettuce, soft-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and sautéed shiitake mushrooms.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3. Veggie & Egg Bowl

Roast pumpkin slices, sauté mushrooms.

Add broccoli, corn, cherry tomatoes, boiled egg slices, and chicken sausage over rice.

Drizzle with soy sauce or sesame dressing.

4. Tuna & Quinoa Salad Bowl

Mix quinoa with spinach, cherry tomatoes, mango, and cucumber ribbons.

Top with canned tuna and a boiled egg.
