Ingredients

🧀 Cheese Mixture:

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 🧀

1 cup cream cheese, softened 🧈

½ cup finely chopped dill pickles 🥒

2 tablespoons pickle juice

2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill 🌿

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

🍞 Coating:

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon chopped parsley 🌿

Instructions

Mix the Base 🥣

In a large bowl, combine shredded cheddar, softened cream cheese, dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and fresh dill. Mix well until fully combined.

Shape the Balls 🧤

Use your hands or a cookie scoop to form small cheese balls (about 1 ½ inch diameter). Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Prepare the Coating 🔥

In a skillet, toast the panko with melted butter and smoked paprika until golden brown. Let it cool, then mix in the chopped parsley.

Coat the Cheese Balls 🍘

Roll each chilled cheese ball into the crispy panko mixture, pressing lightly so the coating sticks evenly on all sides.
