Mango Berry Yogurt Parfait


A refreshing, nutritious, and easy-to-make snack or breakfast!
๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:
๐Ÿฅ› 1 cup Greek or plain yogurt
๐Ÿฏ 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
๐Ÿฅญ 1/2 cup diced mango
๐Ÿซ 1/4 cup blueberries
๐Ÿ“ 1/4 cup raspberries
๐ŸŒฐ 1/4 cup granola or crushed biscuits
๐Ÿƒ Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
๐Ÿ“Œ Instructions:
1️⃣ Start with a layer of yogurt at the bottom of a glass.
2️⃣ Add a layer of diced mango and a few raspberries.
3️⃣ Sprinkle a thin layer of granola or crushed biscuits.
4️⃣ Add another layer of yogurt.
5️⃣ Top with blueberries, raspberries, and more mango.
6️⃣ Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a drizzle of honey.
