Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
100g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Patties: Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Form small portions of the beef mixture, about the size of golf balls.
Stuff with Cheese: Flatten each beef portion into a thin disc, place a cube of cheddar in the center, and wrap the meat around the cheese to form a ball, ensuring it's fully sealed.
Cook the Burgers: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed beef balls and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the meat is fully cooked and the cheese has melted.
Assemble: Place crispy bacon pieces on top of each burger bite, then garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve: Arrange the burger bites on a serving dish and enjoy immediately while they're hot and cheesy!
